Beautifully Bronze commissioned Education Host to turn the everyday parts of a salon visit into a calm iPhone experience. The result connects directly to the salon's existing customer service: customers can book against real availability, understand their minutes and rewards, and arrive with the information they need already in their pocket.

Customers choose from the days, times and session lengths offered by the salon, then see a clear confirmation after the salon accepts the booking.
Appointments in one place
Upcoming and past visits are easy to find, with rescheduling and cancellation kept within the salon policies supplied by its system.
Minutes made understandable
The wallet shows the available balance and a dated record of sessions, package credits and bonuses, so customers can see how their minutes changed.
Digital loyalty and check-in
Customers can follow visit-stamp progress, see earned rewards and show a short-lived code for the reception team to scan at the salon.
Useful reminders, chosen by the customer
Appointment reminders are optional. Marketing notifications remain off unless the customer makes a separate choice to receive them.
Private by design
The app has no advertising, analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. It uses the salon's own service to show each signed-in customer their record.

What is the Beautifully Bronze app?
Beautifully Bronze is an iPhone app created by Education Host for an independent tanning salon in Worcester. It gives existing adult customers a simple way to view appointments, book sessions, check their minutes, follow loyalty progress and show a reception check-in code.
Who can use the app?
The first release is for existing Beautifully Bronze customers aged 18 or over. Customers sign in with the mobile number held by the salon and confirm their date of birth.
Can customers pay in the app?
No. The first release does not take payments or collect card details. It can show the customer's minutes balance and transaction history from the salon record.
Does the app track customers?
No. The app contains no advertising identifier, analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. It connects to the salon's own service to provide account, appointment, wallet, loyalty and notification features.
Can a customer delete their account?
Yes. A customer can start account deletion inside the app and confirm it with a new SMS code. Access is then stopped immediately and the salon completes removal of the customer's personal details within 30 days.
