Beautifully Bronze and Education Host
Beautifully Bronze determines why and how its salon customer records are used. Education Host Ltd designed the app and provides technical services on behalf of the salon so signed-in customers can use their own record.

Data the app handles
Depending on what is present in the salon record and which features you use, the app handles information linked to your customer account.
- Identity and contact information, including name, mobile number, email address, postal address and date of birth.
- A salon customer identifier and the device identifier used for signed-in sessions and notifications.
- Upcoming and past appointments, booking actions and the salon rules that apply to them.
- Tanning-minutes balances and transaction history, including sessions, credits and bonuses.
- Loyalty progress, rewards and short-lived reception check-in codes.
- Marketing choices, notification preferences and account-deletion requests.
How the data is used
The data is used to verify access to the correct salon record; show appointments, balances and rewards; make, change or cancel bookings; provide a reception check-in code; manage preferences and signed-in devices; send chosen reminders; support customers; protect the service; and process account-deletion requests.
The app does not use customer data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Sign-in and information on the device
Sign-in uses a one-time SMS code and date of birth to claim an existing salon record. A session credential is held in the iPhone Keychain. The app also stores a first-launch flag and the customer’s light or dark appearance choice in app-local settings.
Salon information is requested from the salon service for display and is not kept as a separate offline customer database by the app. A privacy cover obscures the interface when the app becomes inactive.
Notifications
Appointment reminders are optional and require iOS notification permission. If enabled, the app registers a device token with the salon service so Apple can deliver the notification. Marketing notifications require a separate customer choice and remain off unless selected.
Tracking, analytics and device permissions
The app contains no advertising identifier, analytics SDK, attribution service or cross-app tracking, and it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
The app does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, health data or Face ID. It does not collect payment-card information.
Retention and account deletion
The salon retains the customer record in its own service according to its operational and legal requirements. The app does not create a second long-term copy of that record on the iPhone.
You can request account deletion inside the app. A fresh SMS code confirms the request; access is then stopped immediately, signed-in sessions and notification registrations are revoked, and the salon completes removal of personal details within 30 days.
Adult customers only
Beautifully Bronze serves adults. The app is intended for existing customers aged 18 or over and blocks booking when adulthood cannot be confirmed from the salon record.
Your choices, rights and contact
You can change supported profile details, marketing choices and notification preferences in the app. For access, correction, deletion or another data-protection request concerning the salon record, contact Beautifully Bronze using the contact information shown in the app or supplied by the salon.

Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app or salon service changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest published version.
