Parents can see where the trip has got to, the expected return time, the latest update and anything that still needs attention from the home screen.

Clear digital consent

For visits requiring consent, questions are presented one at a time in plain English. Answers save as the parent works and are only treated as submitted after the school's system confirms them.

Updates, photos and messages

Trip teams publish updates and photos and receive messages without sharing personal staff phone numbers, where the school enables these features. Publishing needs a connection; locations are staff updates rather than continuous GPS tracking.

Registers without a signal

Staff download assigned trips while connected before departure, then take registers offline. Marks are held on the device and sent when a connection returns, with clear sent and waiting states. Parent updates and photo publication need a connection.

Information for trip staff

Assigned staff can access pupils, itineraries, staff lists and the medical, dietary and emergency information needed for the trip, including an on-screen privacy cover for sensitive details.

Recorded payment status

Parents can check the payment position recorded by the school. The app does not take payments: families pay through the school's existing arrangements.
