Sign-in help
Use the mobile number Beautifully Bronze already holds for you. The app sends a one-time code by SMS and then asks for your date of birth to match the existing salon record.
- Check that the mobile number is a UK mobile and belongs to you.
- Wait for the resend timer before asking for another code.
- Never share a sign-in or account-deletion code with someone who should not access your account.
- If your mobile number or date of birth does not match the salon record, contact Beautifully Bronze so salon staff can check it.
Appointments, minutes and rewards
The app displays information supplied by the salon service. If an appointment, minutes balance, transaction or loyalty entry looks wrong, contact Beautifully Bronze so staff can review the source record.
A booking is complete only when the app shows the confirmation screen. If the app is interrupted before confirmation, check the appointments list before trying again.
Appointment reminders
Reminder settings are available in the app. Notifications also need to be allowed for Beautifully Bronze in iPhone Settings. Marketing messages use a separate choice and are not required for appointment reminders.
Delete your account
Open More, choose Account, scroll to Delete account and follow the instructions. A new SMS code confirms the request. When confirmed, the app signs out, access stops immediately and notifications are stopped; the salon completes removal of personal details within 30 days.

Contact app support
Education Host provides technical support for the iPhone app. In your email, include the app name, your iPhone model, your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not include an SMS code, date of birth, payment information or other sensitive personal data.

The app-specific Terms of Use and Privacy Policy explain eligibility, acceptable use, data handling and account deletion.
