Who provides the app and salon services
Beautifully Bronze provides the salon services, manages customer relationships and maintains the salon customer record. Education Host Ltd designed and developed the iPhone app for Beautifully Bronze and provides technical app services.
The app helps customers interact with their existing salon record. It does not itself provide tanning services, operate tanning equipment or replace advice and instructions given by salon staff.
Application licence
The iOS application is licensed, not sold. Unless the App Store listing states otherwise, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the licence to download and use the app.
Eligibility and account access
The first release is for existing Beautifully Bronze customers aged 18 or over. You must use the mobile number the salon holds for you and confirm your date of birth when claiming access to your record.
Keep your device and SMS messages secure. Do not try to access another customer’s account or share a sign-in or account-deletion verification code with anyone who should not have it.
Bookings, minutes and loyalty records
Available times, session lengths, booking rules, cancellation rules, minutes balances and loyalty information come from the salon’s system. A booking is complete only when the app shows that the salon has confirmed it.
If you believe an appointment, minutes balance, transaction or loyalty entry is wrong, contact the salon so its staff can check the underlying customer record.
The first release does not take payments or collect card details. Any purchase of tanning services or credit is arranged separately with Beautifully Bronze and is subject to the salon’s applicable terms.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your own Beautifully Bronze customer account and for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the app or salon service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse a check-in code, probe security controls or use the service in a way that harms another person.
Availability and changes
The app depends on a compatible iPhone, internet access and the salon service. Access may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, security, network or operational reasons.
Features may change as the salon service develops. Important changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Privacy and account deletion
The Beautifully Bronze Privacy Policy explains how customer data is handled. You can start account deletion from the Account screen in the app and confirm the request using a fresh SMS code.
Legal rights and contact
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights. Questions about salon services or the accuracy of a customer record should go to Beautifully Bronze. Technical questions about the app can be sent through the app support page.
