App licence
Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies to App Store apps where a custom licence has not been provided. See the licence displayed with the App Store listing for the terms that apply to your download. This page does not replace that licence or the school's service agreement.
School service and authorised use
Cover Manager for Education is a companion to an existing school Cover Manager service. Access requires an authorised school staff account and is governed by the school's permissions and service arrangements.
Use only your own authorised account, keep your device secure, and submit only information you are entitled to provide. Do not attempt to bypass permissions or access another person's records.
Requests and cover decisions
Follow your school's procedures for absence reporting and urgent staffing issues. Submitting a request does not itself constitute approval. Cover suggestions require review by an authorised cover manager.
An internet connection and available school service are required. If the app is unavailable, use your school's established reporting process.
Privacy and support
The app Privacy Policy explains personal information and retention. Contact Education Host for app assistance and your school for account access or employment-record decisions.
